Crunch Fitness in Midland Park, New Jersey is hiring Personal Trainers!
We’re looking for energetic, driven Personal Trainers who are passionate about helping members reach their goals while delivering a motivating experience on the gym floor.
We’re looking for energetic, driven Personal Trainers who are passionate about helping members reach their goals while delivering a motivating experience on the gym floor.
Responsible for:
- Lead one-on-one and small group personal training sessions
- Create customized fitness programs based on client needs and goals
- Make reaching fitness goals achievable by assisting members and clients with education and guidance on comprehensive fitness programs including resistance and cardio-respiratory training, general nutritional guidelines, and nutritional product recommendations.
- Meeting/exceeding minimum monthly company expectations including session service targets resulting in Personal Training revenue, supplement/nutritional product sales, and contributing to club success.
Qualifications:
Education Level:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Current CPR/AED
Certifications: Must have nationally recognized Personal Training certification (one or more of the below or equivalent)
- NASM
- ACE
- ISSA
Experience:
Personal Training experience preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing and walking.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
